Running the daily operations of the restaurant and bar Use your hands-on management skills and lead by example Assist the Manager to achieve both forecasts and budgets Provide clear and consistent direction whilst creating a great working environment for all staff You:
Ideally have 12+ months management/supervisory experience in a busy fast-paced restaurant.
The drive and ability to lead and mentor a team of junior staff Proficient in both food and beverage management within an upscale restaurant venue A friendly, vibrant personality, with a focus on providing top-level customer service Previous restaurant reservations management and event sales experience a plus Strong bar operations and cocktail knowledge A passion for the hospitality industry Be able to work lunch and dinner on a rotating roster, including weekends WSET wine qualifications an advantage In possession of valid Australian Working Rights About us:
