Anticipating guest needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and handling any concerns with professionalism, turning every guest visit into a memorable occasion. Work closely with chefs, sommeliers, and other team members to ensure smooth service and effective communication. Provide a warm, friendly greeting and maintaining a polished, professional demeanor Ensure everything from table settings to the final plate presentation meets high standards, Continue learning about wine, food trends, and service techniques through in-house training to refine skills Cater to guests celebrating special occasions or requiring unique accommodations, Juggle multiple tables and orders while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
