WOW Recruitment are looking for a driven and proactive individual to join a Not-for-Profit organisation, as a Business Manager, on a Part Time basis (3 days p/w). Competitive annual salary of $100K Pro Rata (60K + Super for 3 days a week) Help to unleash the full potential of an established not-for-profit, with incredible opportunities for personal development & growth Flexible work options with working from home available WHAT YOU WILL DO Work closely with other members of the organisation to facilitate networking events, drive client engagement and build brand awareness. Communicate regularly with the organisation's partners, including universities and several charity institutions to ensure the students and participants are benefitting fully and in-line with objectives. Establish a plan, gather resources, mobilise, and carry out the actual deliverables, in-line with the organisation's long-term goals and overarching strategy. Determine and oversee the production of marketing materials by the marketing team (case studies, references, client quotes, etc). Manage project budgets, billing, collections, and the financial performance of engagements. Help with the compilation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, collect financial and operational data as required. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Ability to take accountability and think outside of the box to focus on the development of the company and its activities. Excellent interpersonal qualities and enjoy interacting with people every day. Possess a growth mindset and eager to learn from an experienced founder and business leader. Strong understanding or connection to the Islamic faith. Care deeply for humanitarian causes and truly want to make a difference. Experience with reporting expenses, activities, results, market position and projections, with accuracy and promptness. Create capture tactics for sales targets that align with the objectives of the practice area and the business model. Use judgment within the confines of established rules and standards to choose the proper course of action. WHAT YOU GET A competitive annual salary of $60K+ Super for 3 days a week ($100K Pro Rata).
