Your Key Responsibilities: Drive daily factory operations, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met. Lead, train, and inspire a team of production workers to achieve excellence. Promote and maintain safe work practices across the factory. Collaborate with management to identify and implement meaningful process improvements. About You: Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within a factory or manufacturing environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. Strong communication skills to connect with your team and management. Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly. A team player who can also work independently when needed. Preferred Experience: Relevant trade certificate or equivalent hands-on expertise in the industry.
