You will focus on shaping the strategy of the platform teams by integrating systems, driving both the roadmap, and delivery.You will be a strong communicator who can manage stakeholder and customer expectations, understand needs, and lead the team to deliver solutions according to requirements.Key Responsibilities:You are an engineering manager with 5-10 years of leading teams of engineers and helping them develop.You will understand how to integrate internal systems such as SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, and TIP (threat intelligence platforms) and support cyber security or security adjacent teams.You have the technical ability to fully automate build processes and CI/CD workflows.You will have experience in agile product development along with expert delivery experience.You have worked within a customer-facing environment and are able to understand how they operate, giving you the understanding you need to go away and automate workflows.Exposure to Amazon AWS and Kubernetes will be preferred.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very strong global team that is working to streamline security solutions in one of Australia's leading enterprises.
