Based in Byron Bay, Creative Capital Property Services (Creative Capital) leads transformative mixed-use developments exclusively within the Byron Shire, delivering developments that promote commercial success alongside positive environmental and community outcomes.
As an Office & Developer Administrator , you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Directors and project teams, contributing to innovative projects like the renowned Habitat. This is your opportunity to join a growing team that values initiative, flexibility, and a "can-do" attitude.
About the Role
The Office & Developer Administrator is a versatile role encompassing office management, development administration, and support for our Directors and marketing team. This dynamic role offers exposure to a variety of tasks, making it ideal for someone looking to expand their skills and grow within a supportive team. You will:
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring seamless functionality Support development projects from approvals to operations Assist with marketing and event coordination Provide administrative support to our Directors Your Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination & Administration (30%)
Maintain and improve office systems, including subscriptions, supplies, and equipment Reconcile invoices and manage financial records Organise team meetings and events Onboard new staff and consultants Oversee shared inboxes and document templates Development Administration (40%)
Coordinate project meetings, including agendas and action items Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and tenants to address various matters Track project progress and maintain detailed documentation Assist with reviewing and managing council approvals and insurance renewals Marketing & Events Support (20%)
Collaborate with the Marketing and Events team on opportunities, campaigns, and events Manage advertising accounts and communication platforms Provide updates to tailor marketing efforts effectively Directors' Support (10%)
Assist with meeting preparation and general administrative tasks What We're Looking For
A friendly, professional demeanour and strong interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and similar tools Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and processes A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Thrives in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and solving problems proactively Independence in managing tasks while knowing when to seek guidance At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with proven organisational and multitasking skills (preferred but not essential) Experience in commercial property management, sales, or leasing (preferred but not essential) An understanding of council approvals and construction processes (preferred but not essential) Why Join Us?
