Position Overview
Vertaview Group is now in the market with an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to join the business as the Chief Shared Services Officer (CSSO), reporting to the Group CEO.
The CSSO is a critical member of the executive team and will provide strategic advice to the Executive leaders, entity CEOs & Board while taking accountability for the performance of the Group Shared Services function, leading teams across HR (People Experience), IT & Digital, Program Management, Marketing & Communications, Enterprise Reporting & Analytics and Workforce Strategy.
Group Shared Services support will allow entities in the Group to be nimble, agile and cost-effective. They lead the improvement of systems and processes that will support the achievement of each entity's strategic plan, enabling them to successfully deliver medium and long-range growth initiatives to meet evolving customer demand.
The ability to provide supportive, visionary leadership that continues to elevate a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team is essential along with the executive maturity to add broader value by amplifying the purpose of all entities in the Vertaview Group, ultimately playing an integral part in delivering the Group's strategic focus on shaping communities, being strategic leaders and creating impact together.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record as a senior business leader in a regulated, complex sector with proven success of exceptional service delivery to internal customers that enables and supports them to achieve revenue and product growth while retaining customers.
The reputation, characteristics and ability to establish, develop and maintain credible and meaningful relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, is critical to continue to build the profile and success of the Vertaview Group.
