Are you passionate about marketing and social media? Do you have a knack for creating engaging content and a flair for graphic design? Join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant and play a crucial role in promoting our venues and driving sales!
As the Marketing Assistant, you'll take charge of our social media profiles and paid advertising while supporting our marketing department with a variety of tasks including content creation, photography, videography, EDM (Electronic Direct Marketing), and graphic design.
This is a MATERNITY LEAVE cover for approximately 9 months
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Oversee and maintain our social media accounts for each venue. Coordinate and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and manage paid social media advertising, including ad creation, targeting, performance monitoring, and optimization. Content Creation: Develop and design graphics for print and digital ads, create compelling social media content, and capture high-quality photos and videos. Marketing Promotions: Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns and activations. Customer Interaction: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and handle online reviews professionally. Maintain real-time communication with our audience. EDM Management: Compile, design, and publish engaging EDMs. Administrative Support: Assist with managing the marketing department's task manager, coordinate the production of promotional items, and support the Club's online shop and websites. Education & Experience Requirements:
Qualifications: Preferred qualification in marketing, graphic design, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of social media management experience, including with Meta and paid advertising. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience with WordPress, Asana, Later, MailChimp or similar is highly desirable. Other Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and multitask. What we offer:
