Preferred Requirements:
Understanding of profit measures and cost management Proven experience in a Head Chef position within a casual dining restaurant/pub Experience rostering and managing a back of house team Communication and technical knowledge to successfully lead all back of house operational requirements Demonstrated ability to manage costs and productivity Passion for recruiting, training, and developing future business leaders Eagerness to grow personally and professionally Valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and strong knowledge of Food Safety Compliance
