Seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor at a Supervisor level to join a growing team in the Bowen Basin.

Reporting to the Superintendent, this role will see you deliver projects that meet the approved objectives within the constraints of scope, time, quality, and budget to maximise value.
Project-related health, safety, environment, and community risks will be identified and managed.

We are currently seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor in a Supervisor capacity.
This role will provide support in the following:
Supporting the project managers with authorisation of contractors on the mine site Journey Management Plans Supervisor Applications Work with the Contracts advisor to complete onboarding Site WAFs (Walk Around Familiarisations) Provide support to the Execution team as a Supervisor What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will ideally have the following skill set:
Previous experience as a Trainer and Assessor on a coal mine site in a supervisor level Hold a TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessing Have current Supervisor Training (S1,2,3 and G2) Ideally, you will hold the below Statement of Attainments:
Moxys Loaders Graders Excavators (under 90t) Backhoe Roller Watercart Skid steer Light vehicles Medium vehicles Heavy vehicles, Desirable EWP Working at heights Confined space Gas test atmospheres Rigging and Dogging, Desirable What you'll get in return
This role is based on-site in the Bowen Basin on a 5/2 roster.
There are flexible travel options for the right candidate Residential, DIDO from Mackay and Surrounding, FIFO from SEQ.
This role is long term for the right candidate and starting immediately.
