Job Title: Junior Project Manager – Technology Services
Location: Brisbane/Sydney/Canberra

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Junior Project Manager to join our Technology Services team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project management professional to contribute to the successful delivery of mission-critical digital systems. Working in a complex, technical, multi-vendor environment, the Junior Project Manager will lead the execution of end-to-end solutions, including software and systems development, infrastructure, and technical products.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical systems, ensuring the complete integration of software and infrastructure solutions. Coordinate and manage dependencies across various projects, maintaining effective communication with other project teams on status, risks, and issues. Apply strong governance practices and stakeholder management skills to engage with senior executives, guiding project scope, cost, quality, risk, and resource management. Lead multi-vendor teams in a complex technical environment, ensuring project success and adherence to timelines. Provide effective leadership, issue resolution, and change management throughout the project lifecycle. Skills and Experience Required: Proven track record in delivering large, complex systems and technical solutions. Experience working in multi-cloud environments, including Azure, OCI, and AWS. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with experience leading technical IT projects. Expertise in managing procurement activities from requirements development through transition. Strategic thinker with sound business acumen and an understanding of project governance frameworks. High-level interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with end-users and stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional project management abilities, with knowledge of managing project scope, time, cost, and quality. Preferred Skills: Experience in infrastructure design and management, particularly within multi-cloud environments. Ability to act as a bridge between business areas and technology delivery teams. Strong change management skills and an ability to navigate complex project landscapes. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong strategic focus and technical acumen to drive project success and support impactful digital solutions.
