Hanson Australia is part of the Heidelberg Materials Group, which employs over 51,000 people at almost 3,000 sites in over 50 countries.About the Role:The Analytics Specialist - Supply Chain & HSEQ will be responsible for transforming data captured in Supply Chain and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) systems into interactive dashboards and apps to provide actionable insights and proactive management decisions. This role will leverage expertise in app development and data visualization to drive insights and improvements across our supply chain operations and HSEQ initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators, develop analytical dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality standards.Work from anywhere: This role is completely remote!Key Accountabilities:Develop and implement tools and applications for reporting and analytics, aligned with business priorities.Analyse data from Supply Chain and HSEQ systems to identify trends and insights.Provide data to support Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality metrics.Develop and maintain tools for compliance verification and monitoring.Standardize processes for recording and assessing audit data.Ensure timely delivery of tools to enhance business performance.Conduct training sessions and present updates to the broader business.Monitor and audit data quality regularly.Work with other teams to ensure data and system integrity.Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.Background and Experience required:Higher School Certificate or equivalent.Certifications or degrees in Information Systems, Computer Science, Web/App Development, Data Science, or related fields are preferred but not required.3-5 years of app development experience, preferably within supply chain, HSEQ, or corporate management contexts.Experience in presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Proven experience with large data sets and proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, or similar.Experience developing and maintaining web apps and dashboards and reports with .NET, Angular, React, or similar.Our BenefitsAt Hanson Australia, we understand that your well-being and professional growth are essential.
