It also involves undertaking other projects aligned with the HR function.Salary The salary for this position is $70,000 to $80,000, plus superannuation.About this opportunity:Review, develop, and implement the Safety & Wellbeing and HR policies and initiatives in line with relevant legislation and organisational strategic plan.Lead WHS initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation and fostering a culture of safety.Champion the WHS audit function to support policy framework and deliverable KPI metrics.Collaborate with leaders, executives, and relevant stakeholders to support the management of workers' compensation and injury and RTW inline with applicable legislation.HR Generalist support duties, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and advice.Undertake other projects that align with the HR function.About the Alternative The three rotations, spanning an exciting 18-month period, are designed to keep you engaged, challenged, and motivated.
