• Provide the client with contractually required business services.
• Assume responsibility for tasks as an Onsite Consultant, representing Adecco professionally towards candidates, clients, and colleagues.
• Achieve business goals and maximize profit targets.
• Meet and exceed the needs of Amazon, associates, colleagues, and shareholders.

Financial Accountabilities:
• Increase site profit by ensuring fill rates are maintained.
• Work to increase margins in the onsite branch.
• Ensure compliance with WorkCover legislation and Adecco policy to minimize financial impacts of injuries.
• Collaborate with shared services departments to grow profitable, sustainable business.
Operations/Compliance Accountabilities:
• Attend all required training and operations meetings.
• Maintain data integrity in all activities including sourcing and compliance.
• Complete all reporting and documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Adecco's policies and relevant legislation.
• Perform payroll functions as needed and achieve activity standards.
People Accountabilities:
• Embrace teamwork within the site and overall Amazon Australia Team.
• Build strong relationships with Adecco colleagues and customer representatives.
• Seek to improve performance through training and participation in team activities.
Customer Accountabilities:
• Manage daily operational tasks including absence management and onboarding activities.
• Conduct safety activity and injury/incident management and reporting.
Quality Accountabilities:
• Drive a culture of compliance and accountability across all areas.
• Promote continual improvement in data integrity and technology utilization.
Other Accountabilities:
• Relevant experience in the recruitment or service industry is preferred.
