YOUR ROLE This role is located on site in Bendigo.
Provide real-time product/technology expertise to manage technical challenges. Monitor performance and propose improvements throughout the product lifecycle. Implement and validate new processes and standards for the Process Engineering & Operations Team. Prepare documents and update quality indicators. Analyse and validate technical enhancements, develop and implement new solutions. Complete thorough upfront planning. YOUR EXPERIENCE Engineering qualification required or extensive relevant experience. Intermediate level knowledge of production, product and repair processes.
