The Role
Opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team based in Darwin.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and information throughout our organisation.
You will possess a comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and will be well-rounded across all aspects of the supply chain, including demand and supply planning, procurement, buying, and logistics.

Responsibilities:
Lead the Supply Chain team.
Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process (S&OP) to align supply with demand.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the supply chain.
Ensure the efficiency of physical flows and information flows in accordance with business objectives.
Support the implementation of Lean processes to drive operational excellence.
Manage procurement and production/repair needs to meet customer requirements.
Manage supplier performance and cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Consolidate upgrades supply chain architecture.
Implement just-in-time systems and supervise operational parties.
Develop the skills of the supply chain team to build increased capability and ensure adherence to standards.
Your Experience:
Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications such as APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) are highly desirable.
Proven track record of success in supply chain management roles.
Experience in a variety of supply chain functions, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Experience working within a large international organisation and complex project environment.
Knowledge of production and repair processes, inventory management, and supply chain methodologies.
Experience in continuous improvement, problem-solving, and use of supply chain IT.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to mobilise resources, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
