Your next opportunity We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time driven individual to join our team as a Concrete Laboratory Technician based in our Eagle Farm Plant.
Working independently this role reports to the Laboratory Manager - Concrete and involves undertaking tasks in relation to sampling, testing, training, supervising, maintenance of records, reporting of results for our concrete and quarry related products.
Your day will involve: Conduct sampling of concrete samples on siteConduct testing in accordance with laboratory work instructions, test methods, preparation instructions and manualsCalibrate laboratory equipment as requiredMaintain, observe, and take part in the statutory safety requirements of the Laboratory operationsOther duties as directed by Laboratory ManagementWhat are we looking for? Experience as a concrete field tester, desired but not essentialWell-developed skills and understanding of computer systems for monitoring and reporting of data (especially with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc)An ability to cope with competing priorities and deadlinesKnowledge or experience in Aggregates testing an advantageWhat's on offer?
