Could you be the full-time onsite Test Manager in Perth, WA, AU we're looking for?
Your future role: Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and quality assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the charge in ensuring the highest standards of testing and quality. Day-to-day, you'll be managing the resources required to perform testing activities at Train level for a specific domain and supporting the development of competencies required for this scope, using the right methodologies and tools, and much more.
We'll look to you for: Leadership in the planning and execution of test strategies,Implementation of best practices in test management and continuous improvement of processes,Development and maintenance of a competent and effective test team,Effective communication of test progress, results, and challenges to stakeholders,Risk assessment and mitigation planning in the test execution phase.All about you: We value passion and attitude over experience.
