Test Practice Manager :: $170K + Super + Bonus :: Sydney :: Hybrid Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking to hire a Test Practice Manager to join their rapidly growing IT team.
This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance the company's testing strategies and methodologies across multiple technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing robust testing processes, promoting best practices, and ensuring the right tools and environments are in place to support high-quality outputs.
There are currently 3 testing teams to look after and 4 direct reports.
Interviews can be held shortly and the process will be smooth with prompt feedback on CV submission and interviews.

Refining test methodologiesOverseeing test execution and defect managementEnsuring compliance with industry standardsWorking closely with senior business stakeholders and development teams to drive continuous improvementEnsuring optimal testing outcomes across various platforms About YouCandidates must have a proven track record in test leadership within the banking or financial services industries, expertise in Agile environments, and experience with test automation (ideally Cypress).
Strong communication, planning, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
