Length of contract: 12 months Contract extensions: 2 x 12 months Security clearance: Must have Baseline clearance Rates: $100 - $130 per hour (inc. super) Services Australia is seeking a skilled Test Manager to join the Data and Automation Engineering Branch to lead the quality assurance efforts of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)and general automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and an understanding of the complexities testing RPA solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of test strategies and will lead a team of test engineers to ensure quality outcomes are met.
Key duties may include, but are not limited to: Manage the timely delivery of testing outcomes and the quality of testing processes.
Plan, develop, and manage test cases for different types of testing at various stages of testing on appropriate testing platforms.
Work with project teams to ensure appropriate methodology and testing tools are used for testing processes.
Review complex test cases from team members to ensure quality.
Define and document requirements for test environments.
Lead and mentor a team of testing specialists to support continuous improvement.
Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for role include: Robotic Process Automation development.
UiPath Essential Criteria Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Manager.
Desirable Criteria Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.
Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Relevant certification (e.g.
