Reporting to the General Manager – Technology Delivery, you will be a key player in our journey by overseeing and driving all aspects of testing software and systems that support critical business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and execute robust testing strategies ensuring product quality, risk mitigation, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the testing lifecycle for all projects, from test planning to execution and reporting. Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and frameworks aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology leaders to ensure thorough understanding of requirements and testing needs. Define and implement best practices for test automation and manual testing processes ensuring accurate and complete reporting. Lead and direct testing resources fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Drive the adoption of test automation and other advanced testing techniques that create efficiencies and improve quality assurance. Ensure the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Who Are We Looking For? We're on the lookout for passionate individuals who embody our values. Relevant industry or tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience. Experience and proficiency in the establishment of Testing and Quality Assurance practices within large programs of work. Experience working on different testing methodologies and delivery models. Proficiency in test management tools. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
