Test Manager

The Test Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the testing activities of a software project or program. They oversee the testing process and ensure that all testing activities are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality. The Test Manager is the main point of contact for all testing-related matters and works closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the software meets the requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts Manage and lead a team of testers to ensure high-quality testing is delivered on time Provide training and mentoring to testers to enhance their skills and knowledge Design, implement and maintain testing strategies and procedures Coordinate with project managers and developers to ensure testing requirements are met Ensure all issues and defects are reported and tracked in a timely manner Track and monitor testing metrics, including code coverage, defect density, and testing progress Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to manage and prioritize testing efforts Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external testing providers #J-18808-Ljbffr
