We are seeking a skilled Test Manager to join the existing team, assisting in the transfer of knowledge from the parent company to our local team.
This role is essential in ensuring high-quality software development and testing throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to select appropriate methodologies, tools, processes, and procedures for testing.Set up and support the implementation of chosen methodologies, tools, processes, and procedures.Conduct thorough analysis of requirements to inform testing strategies.Coordinate and control all aspects of project testing to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.Work with the Data Management System to ensure accurate data handling and reporting.Oversee validation and verification processes, ensuring compliance with quality management standards.Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies within the testing processes.Utilise Defence testing tools such as ALM and JIRA to manage testing activities effectively.Qualifications Proven experience in a Test Manager role or similar position.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.Experience with Defence testing tools (ALM, JIRA) is highly desirable.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities.If you are a proactive and experienced Test Manager looking to make a difference, we encourage you to APPLY NOW!
