We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Test Manager to lead our testing practice within the CMT Platforms team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, stabilizing, and maturing the testing process, introducing best practices, and improving efficiency and quality through automation.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy to mitigate organizational risk and enable faster, quality deployments. Create a structured test management approach and methodology for a stable and consistent testing environment across all projects. Develop and integrate automation testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines. Manage all testing activities to deliver quality outcomes, reporting on quality parameters and cost of quality. Identify and manage testing risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation plans. Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, processes, and practices for effective Testing and QA management. Lead and manage a team of in-house and external vendor resources in an onsite-offsite operating model. Set clear goals for teams, providing continuous feedback to foster growth and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing protocols effectively. Drive continuous improvement by introducing best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and quality. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers. Oversee tools and licenses, driving cost optimizations through automation and use of artificial intelligence. Qualifications and Experience: Over 15 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 8 years as a Test Manager. Extensive experience in software testing methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and managing functional and non-functional testing (Performance, Application Security, Operational Testing). Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, with experience in technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, ERP solutions, and digital applications. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in delivering testing outcomes in a multi-vendor environment with onsite-offsite teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven capability in leading, managing, mentoring, and up-skilling teams. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is highly desirable. What we offer: Flexible working options including hybrid work.
