Test Lead - Sql

I am seeking an experienced Test Lead for a 12-month contract to join a critical SQL upgrade project.
This role involves leading the testing efforts for upgrading our SQL databases from 2008 to 2022, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage testing efforts for the SQL upgrade project.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and execute UAT strategies.
Ensure thorough testing of database migrations and upgrades to meet project goals.
Identify and resolve any issues related to data integrity, performance, and functionality during the migration process.
Requirements: Proven experience leading SQL migrations or upgrade projects.
Strong background in database testing, particularly with SQL Server.
Extensive UAT testing experience, with a focus on working closely with business stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in the office per week).
Contract Details: 12-month contract Competitive daily rate: $1,000 per day (including super) Must have full working rights within Australia.
