Test Lead

Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop test strategy and test plans for projects.Hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing.Automation tools preferably – UFT, Selenium, and Cypress.Demonstrate the importance of testing to stakeholders.Prepare, check, and review the testing deliverables.Thorough knowledge of Agile Methodology and concepts.Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources, and budget required to perform testing.Build and lead the Testing Team to the success of the project, deploying and managing resources for testing.Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery.
