About the role As a Test Lead, you will own and manage the end-to-end delivery for your respective domain.
You will be working with dedicated teams on cross-functional programs to meet agreed deadlines and deliverables, ensuring quality implementation that delivers business objectives for our clients.
Role Responsibilities: Responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of all test activities across all relevant test phases.
Create a test process and test strategy that analyses which test methods and tools are suitable and used for test activities based on our proven methodologies.
Ensure that customer needs, expectations are proactively managed throughout the testing life cycle.
Own, lead, motivate and develop the Testing Team.
Processes to facilitate the delivery of fully tested fit for purpose solutions & deliverable.
Own and manage the testing life-cycle end to end within the Program Develop test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality?.
Undertake Defect Management - retesting of defects through to correction and acceptance by the system owners, monitoring and ensuring resolution of outstanding defects.
Identify defects / bugs across the program before they are released into the marketplace About you You'll be passionate about the importance of software and systems quality from a technical and business perspective.
You have a thirst for relentless improvement, tempered by strong business acumen You will have the following experience: Built and cultivated inclusive, high performance teams Program test manager on a medium and large-scale, multi-vendor engagement that you managed to a common outcome Managed testing coverage and traceability using Jira and/or Azure DevOps toolsets.
You have a sound understanding of: Agile at scale, and transforming organisations to agile ways of working Test automation, Non-Functional Testing, Systems Monitoring Estimating total Quality & Testing effort in both Waterfall and Agile methodology engagements Release Management in both Waterfall and Agile methodology to deliver high quality outcomes.
Modern Testing and Software Engineering principles, and a corresponding passion for data driven transparency.

MUST be able to travel to Brisbane/Canberra/Sydney/Melbourne
