These activities lead to Capability Acceptance by the Acquisition Customer.
This role is responsible for: With general guidance of a Senior Test Engineer, conduct the Customer Acceptance Test process for CEA Programs.Under the guidance of a Senior Test Engineer, create or supervise the creation of CDRL (Contract Data Requirement List) documents such as the Verification and Validation Plan, Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM), Acceptance Test Plans and Procedures (ATP&P) and Acceptance Test Reports (ATR).Under the guidance of a Senior Test Engineer, develop project specific test programs which are in line with the broader CEA product development and verification program.Coordinate and conduct test activities to achieve Customer Acceptance.Project/task specific research, analysis and report writing.Internal technical presentations.Tertiary qualifications in core Engineering (e.g. Electrical, Software, Mechanical), Systems Engineering or T&E Engineering.Note: Consideration will be given to experienced Electronics Technicians with Field Experience.An understanding of Defence Acquisition Project life cycles, Systems Engineering Processes, and V&V Programs.Ability to anticipate the problems in test programs.Ability to analyse and solve problems logically and proactively.Ability to work closely within, and lead a cross-disciplinary team.Ability to work closely with the customer through the Capability Acceptance Lifecycle.To be eligible for this position, you must be:
