Based in our Enterprise Testing & Integrated Environments and Release Service who have a focus on efficiency, effectiveness and quality. The team works closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to understand the needs and drivers of change, to regulate an appropriate quality engineering approach and to apply the right disciplines, technologies and processes to deliver to a consistently high standard.
You will provide overall guidance, strategic planning and direction for Testing, Environments and Release for large complex programs (Charters) or work. And lead the delivery of these strategies using Quality Engineering methodologies (Test Automation, Performance Engineering, Service Virtualisation and Quality Analytics), in alignment with the budget and quality targets set with the Program manager.

As a Test Director you'll get to…
Deliver the Environment, Release and Testing Strategies including driving shift left approach across platforms/ projects (early service virtualisation, performance, accessibility, and UAT).
Performance management of program and the testing personnel assigned into a program.
Form part of a management community, providing input to continuous improvement and innovation in testing service delivery.
Be accountable for testing deliverables in accordance with Enterprise standards, processes and use of defined tools and BEN Policies, and frameworks
Manage budget / effort / timeframes v actuals and deliver regular status reporting and RAIDs.
About you
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, up to and including Executive stakeholders.
Test strategy/direction within and across program and use of project management tools.
Governance and project reporting.
Automation expertise across commercial and open-source tools, including Tosca experience and experience with qTest.
Expertise in IT change management, and people change management.
Release management experience, proven ability to work with a Release team.
