About the RoleAs a Migration Test Data Manager in our Australia technology area, you'll lead Test Data activities in support of the migration of Suncorp Bank customers to ANZ systems. This position ensures the availability, quality, and integrity of test data throughout the testing lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data migration and a proven ability to manage complex data scenarios effectively.

Work Hours: Full Time (Hybrid) What will your day look like?Test Data Provisioning: Oversee all Test Data provisioning requirements for the Migration program.Quality Assurance: Enforce standards for accuracy and compliance of test data.Environment Coordination: Coordinate with the Test Environment Manager to ensure that test data aligns with the specific requirements of each test environment.Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with test data and implement mitigation strategies to address them proactively.Documentation and Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, processes, and quality checks to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to test data management and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Team Management: Lead other Test Data resources per the migration requirements.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
