Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of automated tests, including defect logging, prioritisation, and management within established frameworks, strategies, standards, methodologies, and policies for QLD Health HR/Payroll and Workforce Management releases and projects.Collaborate with other teams and external stakeholders as required to undertake timely preparation for testing, issue and defect resolution to enable test execution deadlines to be met.Contribute to automated test planning, scheduling, preparation, and reporting development, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.Monitor and evaluate testing progress, risks, and issues and assist with reporting on these items appropriately to key stakeholders including governance bodies.Plan, develop, and execute automated test cases, scripts, and data preparation scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficiency.Contribute to project work and strategic or improvement analysis and advice to management on automated testing, application and associated issues and initiatives.Minimum RequirementsDemonstrated experience in a test analyst role performing system, integration, regression and/or user acceptance testing in a complex system environment.Experience in Open Source automation tools such as Selenium/Playwright.Experience in automating SAP and UI5 applications.Ability to assist management and team leaders to deliver effective services to clients.Proven effective written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively liaise, consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders.Demonstrated experience with HP ALM including Requirements Traceability, Test Planning, Test Execution, and Defect Management.Well-developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions.Qualifications, Registrations, and Other RequirementsKnowledge and experience with SAP and/or Workbrain is highly desirable.While not mandatory, a relevant qualification or testing certification would be well regarded.How to ApplyPlease provide the following information to the panel to assess your suitability:
