Test and Evaluation Architect Duties: Develop and implement the Test and Evaluation framework for assigned projects Develop and update the Test and Evaluation Master Plans in support of respective Committee Reviews and Gates, and Government Approvals, as the assigned project progresses throughout the Capability/Product Life Cycle (CLC/PLC) Coordinate and conduct all Test and Evaluation planning meetings, including T&E Working Groups and Readiness Reviews.
Identify resources supporting Test and Evaluation activities – working with Systems Integrator (SI) and Program Leadership to assure adequate resourcing and participation for T&E activities.
Validate the SI proposed V&V activity, design acceptance, operational effectiveness and suitability and acceptance into operational service of capability systems as applicable.
Complete of Trial closure activities Liaise with other project staff and key stakeholders to coordinate all requirements for the conduct of Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) activities Support Integrated Project Teams (IPT) and Program Boards through the provision of Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice on Test and Evaluation activities Lead the planning, conducting and reporting of trials in support of Preview Test and Evaluation activities to inform capability and procurement decisions Support the Project Manager/client representative through the provision of timely advice pertaining to funding, schedule and risk associated with Test and Evaluation activities.
Contribute to the development of project-level planning activities Outcomes: Review, edit and provide comments of contractual deliverables as provided by the outsourced SI.
Liaise with the Commonwealth teams and Capability Manager stakeholders to provide a Commonwealth consensus on edits to the contractual deliverables.
Liaise with outsourced SI team to provide updates to the contractual deliverables.
Review updated contractual deliverables as provided by the outsourced Sir.
Provide updated final version to the Commonwealth Representative for acceptance.
Skills Required: The Architects will undertake project information governance, strategy, architecture and planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement activities, including management security accreditation and acceptance into service processes.
Experience in ICT infrastructure and ICT services definition industry and/or Systems integration experience is preferred.
Experience in the successful delivery of complex and large scale analytics programs.
Background in delivering large government programs, in particular design and delivery of large data warehouse programs.
Competence in the delivery of analytics artifacts using one of IBM Data Warehouse, TeraData, Oracle Data Warehouse or Synapse.
Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in an agile team environment.
Tertiary level qualification in relevant field.
