Test Analyst / Test Lead - Manual TesterThey are looking for someone to write test strategies and assist the BAs in writing test cases.
The role involves coordinating testing activities.
This is for the HSEC program – a health and safety programme.
The platform is currently being implemented, and this position focuses on the execution phase of the HSEC programme's implementation.The Test Analyst / Lead will be responsible for configuration activities, including:Writing test plans.Organising and planning testing approaches.Performing regression testing, UAT testing, and integration testing.This resource will also establish the testing framework.
Additionally, they will oversee UAT, working with BAs to develop UAT test scenarios and test cases.
The individual will collaborate with BAs to formulate tests, manage defects, and handle reporting.Key Requirements:Strong understanding of how to run testing from a technical perspective.Experience building a test framework (does not need to have set one up from scratch).Open-minded approach to testing practices while being able to execute tests effectively.Experience Level:Mid to senior level with 3–5 years of testing experience, ideally.Contract Details:Initial 3-month contract with 3-month rolling extensions.
The programme timeline is over 12 months.Reporting directly to Dipesh.Sole tester but working closely with six BAs, who will also perform some testing.Pay:Up to $800 + superannuation.Flexibility:Flexible hours, with a requirement of 3 days per week in the office (this may vary).Responsibilities:Writing test plans and strategies.Coordinating and executing testing activities.Collaborating with BAs to develop UAT scenarios and test cases.Managing defects and preparing reports.Interview Process:Two rounds of interviews: an initial coffee catch-up, followed by a final round.Additional Details:This role is not urgent, but CVs are required by early next week to get the process started.Unique Selling Point (USP):Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project.
