Test Analyst

Our Federal Government Client are looking for 2 Test Analysts.
This is a long-term contract role for 12 months with a possible 12-month extension, located in ACT (priority), NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, or WA.
As the EL1 (equivalent) Test Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of their systems.
You'll lead testing activities, manage resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead testing of SAS Investigation Management System development and implementation.
Prepare and review test strategies, plans, scripts, and sign-off reports.
Manage and support fraud teams in UAT and BVT activities.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a suitable testing environment.
Manage and track all testing activities and escalate defects.
Estimate effort and time requirements for testing activities.
Manage tester resources to support various testing phases.
To be successful in this role, you should have: Proven experience in functional and/or user acceptance testing with a strong foundation in test skills and experience working on full lifecycle projects.
Familiarity with defect investigation and the importance of reliable defect reproduction.
Understanding of test process collateral and its role in providing feedback to management.
A strong grasp of the test lifecycle within the development lifecycle.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the tenacity to resolve issues.
It is desirable if you have: Demonstrated knowledge of SAS products, especially SAS IMS.
Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Proven teamwork skills.
Candidates must be Australian citizens and able to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.
