Test Analyst, Capability Delivery - APS Level 6Information Division is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join our Testing Centre of Excellence (COE). The Capability Delivery Branch is responsible for delivering ICT products, including business applications, commercial off-the-shelf products, and networks and infrastructure projects. Our testers play an important role in providing testing support across both project and sustainment activities.
In this role, you will collaborate with various multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a range of software development projects, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Portal technologies. You will be responsible for maintaining the test suite in Azure DevOps and adhering to established testing standards.
We operate in a fast-paced environment and are looking for an enthusiastic and professional tester with a strong attention to detail. Experience in both manual and automated testing will be highly regarded as we are working to establish our automation testing capabilities.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to plan and execute tests based on both business and technical requirements, ensuring comprehensive testing coverage that adheres to digital service standards, accessibility, and usability guidelines.
You should have a keen eye for detail to ensure test cases cover all aspects of system functionality to ensure that defects are not missed. You will have the ability to analyse complex systems and business problems and possess strong problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues.
As a member of the Testing COE, you will actively contribute to process improvements in the quality assurance space, including developing standards in line with best practice.
