We operate as generalist Recruiters supporting the business wherever their growth requirements are. This position will likely be focused on supporting our Energy business with technical hiring requirements and our Motors Business with Body Repair Technicians, Painters, Estimators and high volume recruitment of Warehouse workers.
What You'll Do High volume recruiting managing an average of up to 20 roles at a time, reporting on progress weeklyPartnering with hiring managers to assess their talent requirementsConducting phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills and attitude to be successful in the Tesla environmentScheduling interviews and maintaining system accuracyUsing a variety of sourcing techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talentFocusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunityWhat You'll Bring Minimum of 2 years end to end recruiting experience, from either an inhouse or agency environmentDemonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent, skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trendsProven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment#J-18808-Ljbffr
