Territory Sales Manager, Western Australia & South AustraliaProvide exceptional clinical support, with technical knowledge and patient centric behavior leading to higher levels of customer engagementAchieve revenue goals and increase market share for Artivion productsDeliver customer training and in-service education regularlyCollaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and run in-territory marketing activities which support sales and to allow the business to gain market share differentiating Artivion from its competitorsDevelop and maintain relationships with KOLs and decision makers within territory and engage them through workshops, seminars, conferences and other activities.Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers, focusing on both clinical and economic stakeholders to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potentialMaintain knowledge of competitor's products, activities and strategies in territory. Share competitive intelligence on a regular basis with sales and marketing leaders, and action strategies to counterPerform territory management tasks such as gaining product approval in hospitals or health system, manage inventory for cases and consignment and gain PO from hospital for used productBe a reference point for all customers and stakeholders in Western Australia and South AustraliaComply with mandatory training and attend training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfill the role effectivelyTime split 50/50 between Cardiac Surgery and Vascular/ Endovascular portfoliosQualification Early-career professional with 2+ years of experience in medical device industry demonstrating strong ambition to grow the business and develop in a fast-paced environment. Endovascular/Cardiac surgery experience is preferred.Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required. Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmaceutical or Life Science related field preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, agile organization and is motivated by a high-growth and high-performing environmentDemonstrates solutions-focused approach with high capability to solve problems and present solutionsCapacity to gain in-depth product and procedural knowledge and communicate effectively with all hospital stakeholderHigh level of influenceSelf-disciplined, organized and able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectivesWillingness to learn extensively and constantly develop clinical skills and acumenAbility to work flexibly (e.g. irregular hours whenever necessary) to meet emergency patient needs and demonstrate creative acumen in ensuring that the right inventory is available for successful outcomes in the procedureAbility and willingness to travel extensively throughout territory
