We are seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our successful team in Victoria.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, distribution, and growth in your designated territory, which includes South Suburbs, Mornington & Gippsland Regional Territory.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse customer base, including independent grocers, specialty retailers, and multi-site operators.

A day in the Life… As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory.
In this role, you will thrive on working autonomously to deliver results and continually seek out new business opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory. Identify and prospect new customers, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management and clients as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. Delivering to sales KPIs. Travel Requirements You will be responsible for visiting clients, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.

The Territory Sales Manager role requires extensive travel within South Suburbs, Mornington & Gippsland Regional areas. Travel includes approximately 5-6 nights per month in Regional Victoria. Travel frequency is estimated to be approximately 90% of the time, depending on business needs and customer demands. You will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximize productivity and meet sales targets. Attending industry conferences and participating in sales meetings. This position requires a valid Full Australian Driver's License. What will make you successful? As a brand ambassador for our market-leading portfolio of products, we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years sales experience in territory sales or field sales ideally in FMCG. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationships. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Full Australian working rights and applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
