Territory Sales Manager - South AustraliaAt BASF we are entering an exciting time within our Agriculture business with an existing portfolio of world class products and a pipeline of new products that will bring significant benefits to the agriculture industry.As our Territory Sales Manager you'll join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract (with possibility of extension) to support the BASF Agriculture business in achieving its goals.
You will collaborate closely with various functions to build a market strategy for current and new products, as well as sharing market insights to support business aims.You will:Utilise your product knowledge & partner with marketing & sales, to create demand for BASF products within your portfolio, at end user level.Engage, plan & deliver demonstration programs to showcase products.Drive adoption of new innovations for the entire Broadacre portfolio.Proactively engage & build strong relationships with key end user customers, advisors & consultants.Proactively manage the sales budget.Ingredients for SuccessTo be successful in this role, you'll have strong planning and time management skills.
You'll be a natural communicator and be able to build and influence relationships with strategic partners.You will:Have knowledge / experience of the agriculture industry/seeds and have the desire and ability to learn.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities whilst keeping various stakeholders up to date.Be customer focused and able to work autonomously to reach goals and deadlines.Be proactive and adaptable.What we can offer youAt BASF you get more than just compensation.
