The Role: We're searching for a Territory Sales Manager based in Victoria, ideally in or near Ballarat, to strengthen relationships with our existing customers and proactively develop new business opportunities across a range of agribusiness sectors. You will manage the sales process from quote through to delivery; work with our New Zealand teams to develop sales strategies and manage current customers; and build relationships with partner organisations.
About You: This is a role that requires a good existing understanding of agribusiness in Australia, and the drive to achieve sales targets alongside growing customer relationships. Ideally you will have:
A passion for, and high level of comfort with, technology and its applications in precision agriculture.Experience in agribusiness sales or a background in agribusiness operations, and the ability to build strong relationships within the industry.The ability to travel on a regular basis to meet customers, prospects and attend industry events.A proactive, self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to work autonomously.The ability to juggle competing demands from customers, prospects and potential partners.You must also have the right to work within Australia and a clean, valid drivers licence.
Remuneration: We offer a competitive salary including superannuation, commission and bonus structure and company vehicle.
