Here's how you'll contribute:Strategic Sales & Market Expansion (Growth & Innovation)Identify Opportunities: Analyse the New South Wales and New Zealand market to increase machine revenue from existing products and expand into untapped markets.Plan & Execute: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets, focusing on expanding our customer base and market presence.Customer Relationship Management (Customers)Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring HMPS Propac's solutions align with their needs and enhance their experience.Feedback Integration: Listen to customer feedback to continually improve our services and strengthen brand reputation.Team Collaboration & Personal Development (People)Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure our offerings remain competitive and responsive to market demands.Grow Professionally: Engage in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's capability and performance.Promote HMPS Propac: Represent us at events, showcasing our innovative and reliable solutions.Analyse & Report: Use sales data to generate insights on performance and opportunities, contributing to effective asset utilization and financial health.Know Our Products: Develop a deep understanding of our solutions to address client challenges effectively.Drive Innovation: Provide vital market feedback to our product development team to fuel innovation and align with technological advancements.Desired Skills and ExperienceBackground: Demonstrated experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in machinery, automation, or a similar technical field is highly desirable but not necessary.Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite is expected.Qualifications: A relevant degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
