Technical understanding of mining equipment and familiarity with FLSmidth products. Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and sales activities. Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Adaptability to navigate changes within the business environment and industry trends. Commitment to maintaining high levels of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
