We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to manage our Pharmacy customers in Melbourne Central and surrounding areas including regional areas from Seymour to Albury.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering to sales KPI'sTraining face-to-face Pharmacy staff on our market leading brandsDeveloping and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territoryConducting face-to-face store visits with retailers to understand their needs, present product offerings, negotiate sales agreements, and execute outcomes in-storeContinuously monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growthIdentifying and prospecting new customers, building strong relationships, and converting leads into sales opportunities.Travel Requirements
You will be responsible for visiting customers, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth. The Territory Sales Manager role requires extensive travel within Victoria's suburbs and surrounding areas including regional trips to Seymour to Albury:
At least twice per quarter regional trips (3-4 nights) away from home to regional VictoriaTravel frequency is estimated to be approximately 90% of the time, depending on business needs and customer demandsYou will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximize productivity, meet sales targets, and work autonomouslyAttend cycle meetings each quarter which includes one interstate trip per yearWhat will make you successful?

Ideally a completed University DegreeMinimum 2 years sales experience in territory sales or field sales ideally in FMCGProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote settingOutgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage business relationshipsStrong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI skillsThis position requires a valid Full Driver's LicenseWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territoryApplicants must have working rights for Australia.
