We are a company of innovation and growth with our sights set on big goals and we are looking for a Regional Manager to help see us get there!About the role:The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role will manage a territory in Western Australia, this position will report to the State Manager and involve the following responsibilities:Developing a high performing and engaged team whilst managing performance, recruitment, and absenteeism of around 40 merchandisers.Building relationships with Key stakeholders which include Store Managers, Produce Managers and Regional Managers.Have a strong focus on Food Safety, OH&S and the ability to ensure company policies and procedures are followed.Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver obsessive customer service.Executing nine weekly call cycles to allow for auditing, sales planning, and team development.Responsible for providing a monthly sales and operational plan to your manager.Skills & Experience:Strong communication skills are a must!Previous experience in managing a team.Experience within the supermarket/FMCG environment is advantageous.Company car which can be used for personal use.Will be a part of our bonus scheme.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Territory Sales Manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Regional Sales Manager?How many years of people management experience do you have?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?What's your expected annual base salary?
