To help us achieve our ambitious growth plans, we're looking for individuals who thrive in a sales-driven environment and share our passion for success.Position: Territory Sales Lead x 2Key Responsibilities:Sales Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth in a selected territory or region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships and business with existing customers in your territory.Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.Product Expertise: Develop deep product knowledge to effectively present and demonstrate the benefits of our products to customers.Territory Management: Take full ownership of your territory, including managing a pipeline of leads, setting goals, proactively taking sales orders weekly, and ensuring the timely execution of sales strategies.Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment.Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management, using CRM tools to monitor and report on progress toward sales targets.About You:Proven success with at least 5 years' experience in B2B field sales, preferably within wholesale, distribution, or related industries and experience with packaging and commercial cleaning products would be well regarded.Strong ability to build relationships, service existing customers, and create new business opportunities.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to decision-makers at all levels.Strong written communication with experience in crafting winning value propositions, proposals and pitches using a variety of formats and artefacts like slide presentations, word documents, single page placemats, etc.Ideally, you live in South or West Gippsland, Bass Coast, or the growth corridors of Southeast Melbourne.What We Offer:An attractive salary package, including uncapped sales commissionsThe opportunity to work with a well-established, respected brand in the industryA supportive and collaborative work environmentA chance to be a part of a growing business with long-term potentialThe ability to make a real impact in a values-driven, family-owned companyAbout Us:At Abicor Southern, we pride ourselves on our strong family values, connection to community, excellent customer service, and a forward-thinking approach to business.
