Join our Vocera team as a Territory Manager in WA or SA. The role Vocera is Stryker's clinical communications and workflow software platform. As a Territory Manager for Vocera, you will work to grow Stryker's business in hospitals and aged care facilities by building strong customer relationships, providing tailored clinical solutions, and demonstrating long-term customer value. This role will cover WA, SA and the NT.

What you will do As a Vocera Sales Representative, you work strategically to promote and sell Stryker Vocera products to meet our customers' needs.Identify, qualify and close new customer sales opportunities in designated territory.Plan and implement effective territory sales strategy required to progress deals through the process.Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships through the C-suite to build trust and close deals.Ensure positive communication and collaboration with key internal partners and teams; use corporate resources effectively to maximize success of your territory.Thrive in our fast-paced environment and live out your mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.What you need 4+ years of successful direct healthcare sales experience in areas such as technology, software (clinical systems or other business applications), services, medical devices, wireless communications, pharmaceuticals (preferred).Executive presence and influencing skills; excellent negotiation and the ability to close sales.Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels.Solid understanding of communication technology trends and industry dynamics in healthcare.Ability to effectively convert leads into new relationships and closed deals.Self-starter with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas.What We Offer A winning team driven to achieve our mission and deliver remarkable results.Quality products that improve the lives of customers and patients.Ability to discover your strengths, follow your passion and own your own career.A development-oriented culture that will prioritise your growth.A competitive remuneration package that rewards success.Stryker is one of the world's leading medical technology companies and, together with our customers, we are driven to make healthcare better.
