Reporting to the Regional Business Manager – Vascular in Queensland, the purpose of this role is to help our team achieve/exceed vascular sales targets for Queensland through the development of long-term positive customer relationships, which build confidence and loyalty in Cook Australia as a preferred supplier. You will be joining a high performing, energetic sales team in the support of Vascular procedures. This is in addition to coordinating and delivering in-service education sessions to Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Trainees, and other Health Professionals. A dedicated training program will be provided.
ResponsibilitiesPromote a complete range of Vascular products to Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, nursing staff, purchasing and supply managers in the designated territoryDevelop and maintain ongoing strong customer relationships to be most recommended Vascular partnerMonitor and support consignmentMaintain a high level of knowledge in appropriate areas including competitive clinical informationAnalyse sales reports to identify business opportunitiesBe accountable for meeting or exceeding the sales forecast, run a profitable territory and identify and execute sales opportunitiesMaintain and update CRM databaseQualificationsTertiary qualification in science, business, biomedical science or nursing preferredMust demonstrate high levels of business acumenProven success in a medical device or pharmaceutical sales roleEnergetic, self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality service and business profitExcellent time management, planning and organising skills essentialAbility to work comfortably in a theatre/clinical environmentSome interstate travel may be a requirement of this roleDue to the inherent requirements of this role, evidence of vaccinations for relevant vaccine preventable diseases as well as COVID-19 vaccination relevant to the territory and the ability to maintain vaccination status essentialSatisfactory police check essentialWWC (Working with Children) certificate or the ability to obtain one essentialOnly applicants that have full working rights within Australia are eligible to apply.
