Territory Manager - Urology - Nsw

ABOUT THE ROLE The core objective of this role is to support the Urology division in achieving sales targets, goals, and objectives of the division: to aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning; and to support customers with clinical expertise to enable optimal patient outcomes.
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is based in New South Wales.
Responsible for South Eastern Sydney & Illawarra Shoalhaven regions.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals & objectives.Successfully complete the Urology training program, apply these skills in the field and maintain a high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.Work with the broader Urology team to identify training, research, and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.Acting as the established contact for hospital management, purchasing department, and hospital staff as it relates to BSC's Urology business.Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required.Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements.To represent Boston Scientific values with integrity.KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS Strategic Thinking Demonstrates understanding of mission, vision, and strategies for business unit, function, or region.

Follows through on assignments to ensure successful completion.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Commercial experience with demonstrated achievement of success, with a strong preference in the medical devices industry.Prior experience with Urology products is desirable.Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships.A good learner with the ability to gain clinical knowledge quickly.Ability to plan and prioritise a flexible work schedule.Results focused with a resilient, flexible approach.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Tertiary education in medical, science, or business field.Requisition ID: 594450
