THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated FMCG Sales Territory Manager to join our QLD Field Sales Team, supporting the growth of all our beloved brands.
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted sales targets through the acquisition of new business and through the development of effective sales strategies in an existing Sunshine Coast customer base that extends to Noosa, Murgon, Glass Mountains, Blackbutt and Kingaroy. As part of this, some overnight travel is required fortnightly.
A DAY IN THE LIFE: Achieving volume and revenue sales targets as per sales plan;Achieving set product distribution targets;Conducting sales presentations, coordinating promotions, merchandising & brand development;Managing all placement of company point of sale material;Providing market information and feedback to management;Driving new business opportunities within your territory.ABOUT YOU: The successful applicant will have a strong balance between behaviours and results with a view of providing the best possible outcomes for Lactalis, as well as being committed to adding value to our customers' businesses.
This role is best suited to an organised and determined individual who has proficient interpersonal skills and is committed to providing exceptional customer service through being attentive to our customers' needs and being able to develop new, warm customer relationships.
