About the Role We have an exciting (part-time) new opportunity for a highly driven, well presented and team-oriented Territory Manager to join our dedicated sales team in Adelaide. This role will be based in the Adelaide Metropolitan Area.
We provide great flexibility, so it will suit a Mum wanting to return to the work force or someone looking for a work life adjustment from a full-time role.
Responsibilities will include: Achieve sales and maintain targets within the designated territory.Complete and maintain an effective sales call cycle on a weekly basis.Drive new sales.Develop effective relationships with the existing customer base & seek out new & additional opportunities.Be focused on Training and Education of staff in store.Drive Promotional Activities & Ranging Agreements. Drive sell-in targets for the territory(s). Achieve expected KPIs & sell-in targets and monitor the progress.Execute visual merchandising to best secure prime space in store or agreed planograms, effectively display our product, and assist the store in driving sales and sell-thru.Ensure continuous monitoring of sales and sell-thru making sure orders are placed and converted accordingly.Timely and effective communication with management & our head office team providing them with up to date and accurate information and reporting.Manage retail group ranging and promotions.About You To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
Territory Management experience in the Pharmacy, FMCG or Health Food sector.2+ years' experience in a sales or retail role within the Pharmacy or Health Food industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong presentation, planning and organisational skills.Proactive approach with high energy & ability to work autonomously.Drive for results and strong analytical skills.Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and have good computer skills.Next Steps
